If we were not still waiting on month 7 after being told it would take about 6-8 weeks along with no one ever calls you back they would get 5 stars. Nice and knowledgeable people but I feel like ive had to do more calling and making sure stuff was done after I paid $1200 for them to handle.

Was advised our case would take 6-8 weeks to close out once we had court date, 6 months later we are still being jerked around and can not get a return call. If I want to know what is going on with my case I have to make an appt only to be told it's one more thing that needs to be done. Now he has filed extensions without notifying us first. I am filing a complaint with the Bar Association. I would not recommend him.

I had Bob McWhorter to handle a lease to own case that was filing bankruptcy I talked to him a hour before court he told me to make sure I didn’t go he had it handled and after that I called him over and over and left messages and never got a call - I just found out that he never showed up or represented me - I thought he did this whole time - this really messed me up and I don’t understand why - so disappointed
