According to previous comments - constant lies about load weight is normal practice for this company. Don’t deal with them- a typical crooks that don’t appreciate a long term relations and instead choose to screw anyone for couple Pennie’s . Just stay away and let them sink,they’re on that way😌

I deal with Steve at ICD almost on a daily basis, he is one of the easiest and most professional people I've ever worked with. I know that when I need anything changed/moved he takes care of it without a second thought. I highly recommend Steve at ICD.

My Ops Manager called for a load and was told our company didn't have inspections so she asked what kind of inspections and what is he looking at because of course we have all our Annual Inspections. The Guy couldn't answer the question, then got rude and stated he didn't have 30 minutes to go over something he doesn't know and clearly needs to educate himself and the company on. He went on to state there's no corporate office, escalation, safety department or anything and refused to escalate call.

We hung up and called the number on their profile and was given a manager who's attitude and level of care wasn't any better. Almost a ethnocentric attitude. Always read reviews before you try to Partner or do business with a company, you'll learn a lot from customer's experiences.

As to Annual inspections, A simple education of 49 CFR 396 will explain to you the rules. In fact, 396.21 will further explain that you all do not know what you are talking about. "Annual Inspections" are required to be Kept on file, in the truck and the mechanic has to keep a copy for up to 2 years. It's not required to be inputted in any system. Please educate yourselves on FMCSA Carrier Regulations. It's quite simple.
