I truly enjoyed and learned so much by taking this paralegal immigration/document preparer. The professors were first class rated. I truly must say, they were very well versed in the subject matter - all things immigration. They were kind, patient, professional. and just so genuine. I really appreciated all of them, particularly, Andrea, l loved her disposition and her lively personality. She was patient with each student’s questions and answered all of our inquiries until we understood the concepts. She was very detailed in her explanations of each form that we needed to learn. She is a beauty soul!

I also loved Maria Parra and the way she explained things in detail, she took her time and answered all of our questions.

Johanna Alfano was another lovely professor. She has a wealth of knowledge and her explanations of this complicated subject was well received.

I highly recommend Paralegal Institute of the Americas if you want to become a paralegal in a law office setting or if you want to start your own business as a document preparer. They are a first class online school! Felicitations!

It is a good course but I did not like that part of the legal information of the procedures and test was not updated. Also, I had a horrible experience in class with a teacher who was unprofessional with my question and when I reported it to the institution I had the same thing happen again after sessions.

In the same way, several classes (immigration clinic) lasted about 4 or 5 hours because the teacher cannot be an organizer in the class with the student's questions.

The questions on the website may take longer than they say in the course.

What a great experience! Worth every single dollar I paid to take the immigration course. The instructors are awesome. Their staff are very attentive, polite, friendly and super helpful. The classes are very clear and easy to understand the topics. The instructors, specially Johanna does a great job teaching. She explains everything very detailed and easy to understand . If you have doubts they have the answer for you on time! Attorney Alfano, its amazing explaining everything regarding the laws!
