I Highly recommend Sarah & Inner Banks Legal service. Sarah is Amazing! She and Jenn gave me a fresh start in life. After my divorce I was left In a very bad financial position. I was even forced to sell my truck which left me with no vehicle. I met with Sarah & she advised me of my options & recommended Chapter 7. She also set me up with a company that would help me purchase a vehicle even though I was in Bankruptcy. She is kind, caring, & very compassionate & her professionalism is exceptional!!!

Honestly I'm surprised I had a bad experience with all the positive reviews. So on Oct 22 I contacted inner banks about my court case on Nov 25. I'm not sure why it was scheduled with such a short time frame but I can't control that part. My consultation that I paid for was scheduled for the 4th of November making the gap even shorter. At first I was told they could help me if I hired them by Monday the following week but then received an email saying there wasn't enough time and if I get a continuance they would evaluate my case again. We'll I did and the pitt county court system decided to only continue it to the 11th of December and after emailing inner banks for 2 days I finally get a response that once again tells me they are to busy. So now after waiting on them this whole time I have about 3 weeks left to find representation and that probably wont happen. If you consider going with inner banks before you pay them for a consultation I would make sure you have at least a few months or more before your court date. I wouldn't be upset if I was told there's not enough time on the 22nd of October when I paid them, but the fact I wasted so much time waiting for them because of the reviews and what others told me now I'll probably have to represent myself and risk custody of my child being taken. I don't think they are bad , just extremely busy so if you dont have much time to waste be careful paying for the consultation.

My son got a traffic ticket which had to be resolved before he could leave for military boot camp in several weeks. If the ticket could not be closed quick enough he would be discharged from enlistment. Inner Banks Legal was very sympathetic to the timeliness to this request. They stayed in communication throughout the process, and even got the ticket reduced and closed ahead of expectations. My family is very grateful to the team at Inner Banks Legal.

I went to see Sarah Beth Withers after seeing her 5 star google review to get some estate questions answered. I HIGHLY recommend anyone that is needing estate planning of any level to go see her. Her high level of expertise gave me in-site to all that I was needing to take care of my father's estate. My mind was blown when I left the Clerk of Courts office with a stack of paperwork that needed to be completed and things that need to be done. I needed advice on how to move forward and to do it correctly. Sarah Beth gave me what I was needing and reassured me that everything would be ok. Many attorneys are bland and to the point. Sarah Beth has a wonderful personality that shows her desire to help you out during your time of need. I will return to see her for all of my future planning needs.
