For some reason their web site works when it wants to. I use 3 different browsers on my phone, all show the same thing. Nothing! I have to mess around with settings for awhile. Every now and again the site will come up.
The female I spoke with was very friendly and informative. Haven't made it there yet. I'm going to the next "clinic".

I emailed IELLA for help with a civil restraining order and they immediately responded giving me an appointment and seemed eager to help me with my paper work. I waited a week and was very happy to finally get some guidance and hopefully have someone review my paper work. However, when I got there the woman who I checked in with asked me what I was there for. According to her I didn’t have a good enough reason to file a restraining order, let alone see a lawyer there for help when she didn’t even listen to my whole explanation. She was very reluctant to help me and basically turned me away. I imagine the lawyers and attorneys there are wonderful and helpful, however the older woman at check in was such a horrible person. I submitted the restraining order on my own. She shouldn’t represent or work for an organization that is meant to help people if she doesn’t like helping people herself. Why talk down on peoples problems like they’re not traumatic enough and speak to me like I’m illiterate? She needs to be replaced with someone professional.

UPDATE
I submitted my restraining order on my own and after 2 court dates, I was granted my civil restraining order against my neighbor. My case was most definitely severe and I had enough evidence on my part to get an order granted. Wish I could of had the help from IELLA when it was needed.

I have gone through the inland Empire Latino services before and it went well, but u fortunately I feel like this time it was a horrible experience. They sent me message to contact them back , so when I called I spoken with a lady named Cristy. She was so rude. She was talking over and would not let me explain that I. Didn’t understand because emails were never sent . I told her by talking over each other that it wasn’t helping me understand what they were asking me to do. She hung up on me twice when I asked to spell out the email to her director. She told me to keep calling back that maybe someone else would be available but she was the only one that kept answering the phone. I was so upset that I cried because I can’t believe they would have someone working for them like this when obviously we don’t know what we’re doing and need the extra help on filing these types of cases.

The support and great help I got when they helped me file for my divorce back in 2005 was priceless... Going through a lot of stress of having to financially care for my kids and put out food on our table, was overwhelming... Not only did I not have to pay for my paperwork, I didn’t have to pay for their service or my divorce... They truly are a Heaven sent... Thank you all for your great service to our community...

I’m grateful for the services provided at this firm. In 2020 my precious landlord wanted to evict us unreasonably and only gave us 3 days to leave. I had to contact Inland Empire Latino Lawyers and have Cilo Grow be the one to fight for my case which he helped us tremendously and allowed us to stay in our apartments without the landlord evicting us. This was during the time of the pandemic and on top of being a first gen Latina college student having to help my family find help. I’m grateful for the services here and that they want to help our people.

I recommended this place to my daughter. She called and received horrible service over the phone. It’s hard for people that need help to actually get it. I couldn’t believe she told my daughter her questions didn’t make sense. Unprofessional !!!

I gave them three stars cuz I have no idea what kind of service they give. They could not take my case. I live out of state but the client they would be working on it is in the Inland Empire.
