I worked with Tracy Purdy on getting a last minute rental for a work trip in Leadville and she was incredibly helpful. My family and I stayed at the Silver Cloud home and absolutely loved it. It was spacious, clean and had incredible views. I will definitely be returning.

Andrew and Tracy have been managing rentals for my house in Leadville. They have been very timely providing reports on rental income and expenses and have addressed needed repairs quickly and kept me well informed. When I asked questions I received an immediate response and all of the information I required. In all of my dealings with them, I have found them to be very professional, responsive and am very pleased with the value I receive for their services.

Have been a tenant of Independence for over 2 years. Have never had any problems. When we moved to town, Andrew worked with our schedule and showed us several properties. We have only had a couple maintenance requests, and they were handled quickly. Paying rent and communicating is easy through the company website. I really don't understand the negative reviews here. I used to be in the property management business, and Independence does a much better job than other companies I have worked with.

As a home owner I trust Andrew and Tracy totally . My home is always looked after. The up keep is perfect and they pay such close attention to detail. I never Worry about it. Andrew and Tracy are trustworthy and honest. I have been with them from the very start and will never look at another property management company. I cant say enough about them or their business, thanks guys look forward to many years with you.

Rented a place from them. The property was dirty with multiple leaks. They tried to blame it on me when I had just moved in, even after the mold teck said the colony of mold had been growing for months. Never will rent from them again. They couldn't even reimburse me for the damage the rental did to my personal property, never took any complaints I made to them seriously. They absolutely do not care for there tenets or the properties they watch. If a 0 or negative rating was available they earned it.
EDIT: 10819 US Highway 24 in Leadville Colorado. I'm pretty sure that was the address. It's only been a year (2 in march) did you loose your records? I know the owner got in contact and pulled her contract from you guys. Rented a yellow ran down trailer from you guys. If you say I'm not in your records then you guys really are shady company.

Andrew helped my husband and I buy our first home this fall. Was staying in a rental property at 2 MILE STATION REMODEL, place was nice.. very new, so much that the new paint smell was making us ill.. Then, to top it off the owners can't seem to check their cameras thoroughly before they make accusations.. I understand it was a misunderstanding... But for real, don't accuse before you have checked all of your footage. I bring my own TV, my own pillow, my own pans to cook on... NEVER AGAIN at this property... Be aware this property is not for you if you bring your own stuff in this rental. There are plenty of other properties through this company where you are not treated this way.. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND STAYING AT THEIR 2 MILE STATION REMODEL.

Independence Realty is very professional. They are both a fantastic brokerage firm as well as property manager. We use them for our vacation rental. Highly Recommend if you would like to be worry-free and hands-off and with your rental. If you are looking to buy or sell - no need to look any further! Fantastic.
