I BEEN PAYING ON MY FINES TOO GET MY DRIVERS LICENCE JUDGE CHANEY AND CLERKS TOLD ME IT WAS POLICY THAT I HAD TO GET MY FINES BELOW $1000.00 BEFORE I COULD QUALIFY FOR A RESTRICTED LICENSE. I MADE SEVERVAL PAYMENTS OF SUBSTANTIAL AMOUNTS. WHEN I GOT CLOSE TO BRINGING MY BALANCE BELOW $1000.00 THEY TOLD ME THEY FOUND THAT I STILL OWED MORE MONEY FROM FINES THEY HAD NOT BEEN INCLUDED IN THE BALANCE I WAS PAYING. THEY ARE CORRUPT CROOKED AND OUT TO STEAL MONEY FROM GOOD PEOPLE. HOW DO THEY EXPECT MONEY WHEN A PERSON CAN NOT EVEN DRIVE THEMSELVES TO WORK. I GIVE NO STARS TO THESE PEOPLE COMMITTING WHITE COLLAR CRIMES OF EMBEZZLEMENT.
*UPDATE** AS OF MAY 6th I paid money AS REQUIRED PER THE “judges”POLICY I GOT MY BALANCE BELOW $1000 I WAS EXPECTING TO GET MY DRIVERS LICENSE AND WAS TOLD BY TAMMY THE JUGDES CLERK THAT THE JUDGE SAID NO I WOULDNT BE ABLE TO GET MY LICENSE AFTER ALL THE HARD WORK I PUT IN FOLLOWING TH JUGDES POLICY HE STILL SAID NO HE AND HIS CLERK TAMMY ARE HYPOCRITES AND RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL.

JUDGE CHANEY TAYLOR IS PURE TRASH!!! ALLEGEDLY THE ZESTY TRASH BAG IN MY OPINION AND MANY OTHERS HE RAILROADED ME. PEEP MARRIED 24YRS 3 KIDS AND NEVER BEEN IN TROUBLE 4 YRS IN THE MILITARY AND THIS PIECE OF DEFECATION BANNED ME 10YRS FROM MY PROPERTY BECAUSE THE WIFE SAID I CONTACTED HER ON BOYFRIEND AKA MY BROTHER ON FACEBOOK NO THREATS JUST SAID SHE HAD A BOYFRIEND. NOW FOR THAT HE BANNED ME 10YRS FROM MY LAND AND FAMILY. I GUESS I DIDNT SMILE BACK AT THE THIS QUEEN ALLEGEDLY. THIS CAT KEPT STARING ?. BATESVILLE NEED TO PROBE. 2024 THE DEVIL MASK WILL SLIP THEN WE WILL SEE THE CARNAGE.

The overall 2 star rating this district court received says it all. It wouldn’t even be getting the one star from me if I had a choice to give a zero. As a CDL holder, I was in a life and death situation and going 22 over the speed limit in my personal vehicle trying to get to the hospital. After being pulled over, the state trooper would rather get his quota and make you sit there for 20 minutes writing you a ticket, risking the death of my wife, than to escort us to the hospital. A week later, I call the prosecutor (Kim Edington) and the court clerk told me if I have a CDL, that they won’t even attempt to help me. I tried calling numerous times leaving messages to no avail. I finally hired outside counsel and postponed my court hearings for 7 months hoping the court would lower or dismiss the ticket. After they agreed to lower the ticket to 10 over, I get a letter from driver control stating the 22 over is still on the books and it’s against the law for a prosecutor and/or judge to lower a CDL holders speeding ticket bc we’re held at a higher standard, no matter what we’re driving. I tried calling the judge to ask if he knew of this but he would not take my call even telling the court clerk that he didn’t even lower the ticket. After talking to the district clerk, it’s listed in the system at 15 over, not the 10 over I received per the prosecutors request and the judges verdict. I tried calling Miss Edington numerous more times telling her it was urgent and important that she call me to no avail. I even called Bill Arnold, jr. With Murphy Law Firm who stood in for my attorney when mine couldn’t be present to which he defended the crooked prosecutor and judge saying “it may not be fair what they did but it’s real” and wouldn’t even get the transcript stating they had it knocked down to 10 over. After I asked him why he didn’t present the judge the reasoning I was speeding he responded with “bc we didn’t want to hear your damn excuses and then he hung up on me.” It’s a shame that the town you live in and pay taxes for and support the community will do anything to screw you over and not take responsibility for their actions and won’t do anything to help you, even if it’s just a phone call to help someone who’s livelihood is on the line. These people were voted into office and they sure can be voted out too!

This court is a joke! A three ring circus at best! Corrupt officials and the judge Cheney Taylor doesn't care if you have evidence of your innocence you will still be found guilty! Definitely reported to the Arkansas bar association!

Judge Chaney Taylor will misconstrue your case. Should you provide documentation that supports what you've stated, he will claim it doesn't prove anything. In trying to "make an example of you" he will prove inadequate abilities to support the oaths he swore into.

It is about impossible to get clarity from the employees,the old woman behind the window needs to retire,she is rude,ignorant and acts like she is not there to serve the public.if your trying to get help for someone it's impossible,if you don't have a job you can get away with any crime there but if you do work you can't get a fair trial on any offence,guilty on the spot
