Alex was able to assist my relatives with their notary needs for their estate plan. He was pleasant and provided extra copies of the notarized documents. The best thing was the location! I was in need of Notary on a Saturday morning, I knew of the place from before and I was hesitant to come back. It’s not far from home so I decided to give it another try. I walked in and found out it was under new ownership, they are much friendlier than the prior management . I love how I was greeted, felt welcomed and I will definitely come back. I highly recommend this place!

I had a package re-routed here because I wouldn't be home for delivery. I figured this would be convenient as there was no additional charge via UPS and it's close by. My package was delivered on a Thursday at 12:32PM and I went in the following morning (Friday) to pick up. The person on the counter was not very friendly. While I would t say she was rude, she just lacked people skills and overall customer service. I said I had a package I was looking to pick up from UPS, she asked for my ID and the last four digits of the tracking number. I provided her with both. She said they didn't have anything. When I told her that UPS had let me know that the package was delivered she repeatedly kept questioning me as how I knew and if I was at the right place. I pulled up my UPS account and showed her my tracking information. She then told me to come back later because they didn't have it. She gave me the whole "this happens all the time" BS and to wait for her uncle. I had 15 minutes to pick up my package on my way to work. After back and forth for about 5 minutes I decided to call UPS, they let me know that the package was delivered there and that they had signed off for it. I walk back inside and the person changed the story to "this never happens" I was not working yesterday so I don't know. UPS stayed on the line while this was going on and opened up an investigation since they had the employees name who received the package and time.

They basically lost my package and they also provided the least amount of help with the most amount of obscure ways to be unhelpful.

If you need to re-route a package to a pick up station I would recommend you go elsewhere so that you don't have to go through a similar issue.
