After recently losing my job, I was looking for legal advice on if I had a case against my former employer. I contacted many lawyers over the course of a couple weeks when I came across Illinois Lawyers. Most of the attorneys that I reached out to did not answer my messages or phone calls and the few that did were requiring $300 - $400 just for a consult. I heard back from Illinois Lawyers promptly with an email answering my questions. I had a couple of follow up questions and when asked they replied in minutes. Unfortunately I did not have a case, but if I do in the future, Illinois Lawyers will be the first that I reach out to.

DO NOT HIRE THEM!!! They are completely rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. Michael is a terrible attorney that talks over you during intake and has NO self control. Get yourself together less of a man and learn to listen. My 1 year old has a better attention span and conversation. You don’t deserve this one star.

I would not recommend calling these people... I simply called to get an evaluation and the intake person on the call was extremely rude and it was a terrible experience. I couldn't believe someone spoke to a potential client in that way- I have no previous experience with the firm or the person on the phone but ten seconds in, I told him I could forward a memorandum with the case summary and he said "no use your words and tell me" then proceeded to talk over me when I explained my case. His tone was just absolutely irritated that he had to pick up the call and I was so taken aback by the aggressive nature I could barely describe my case. Honestly, the man didn't even hear my case, it's as if he didn't want to take cases for the firm. 0/10 I'm sorry I would not recommend.
