I called this location yesterday to inquire about title and plate registration. I asked for the hours and told to be there before 4:30. I arrived at the location at 3:30 only to find they were CLOSED! Wasted trip but after reading the reviews I'm glad this was the case!

They say they will exchange your cash for quarters but the lady working on 10/31/2024 at 10:30am wouldn’t allow me to. Maybe because, she was taking a personal phone call at work at the same time I was walking in. Not sure. Didn’t like her attitude! Will not be back

If you're coming here for your registration renewal... DON'T! They're SCAMMERS there. They charge something in the range of 35% of your total transaction for credit/debit card processing fees. The highest is usually like 3.5% so idk if the lady missed the decimal point maybe, but from what I understand this has been going on for years... with all sorts of transactions. SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN! THIEVES!

SCAMMERS. Went here yesterday 9-8-21 to transfer title and get plates for a vehicle. I was given a price of $586 before tax and the fee for paying with a debit card. I knew this was absurd as I buy and sell vehicles on a regular basis. The woman behind the glass told me that prices went up in 2018. Which i know isn't true! I left and called a couple of other currency exchanges who were all in the neighborhood of $380. So why the additional $200+ Dollars? There is no excuse for this. Ive had issues here in the past about their prices. Its sad to know that many people have probably paid these rip off prices just not knowing any better.

If I could give a zero I would I have been going to this currency exchange and. dealing withPam. Today I dealt with Gladys Who would not cash the payroll check that I have been cashing there for years Because my home address was listed at the bottom. I would like to know What difference that makes. The check is made out to me!! I think this woman is incopitant and should be removed. I won't do business here anymore until she is gone!...i tried to call the corporate office but their mailbox was full. How convenient!

Very impressed with the new management and ownership this currency exchange has gone in the past month!
I haven’t been here in a long time but I had to get new license plates and was surprised by the new updated look and new manager/owner..
They had a line but were able to get people serviced in timely manner and even had a bi-lingual new manager to help customers which was impressive.
I asked if they were new manager/owner and said yes they’d just taken over early November and were looking to improve customer relations and service the community better!
I was very happy to hear that and also the fresh new look from a previously stuck in time currency.
GREAT JOB! and keep up good work!!
I will come back and do business here again!
