They canceled my first appointment, then I had to make an appointment that was 2 weeks later, and then I got there for the second appointment and there was no one in the building and the maintenance staff said they wouldn't be in that day. I had to drive a distance and it was totally frustrating. Another person at the door said that this was pretty much par for the course for this office

I was greeted by cheerful and outgoing staff members who were very knowledgeable and efficient. The young woman who executed the TSA enrollment process performed it in a timely manner with confidence and skill. I really could not be happier with their exceptional service. 5+ stars - thank you!

Building is closed for construction or something as the sign on the door says. I got a notice for my last appointment to reschedule. But not this time; building is closed.

This place is so unorganized. Needed to get a TWIC card. Arrived at 10am, the doors were still locked and they didn't know why or how to unlock them. Had all our documentation needed and they tell me only a long form birth certificate would be accepted, because it has the town seal. The pocket birth certificate I had also had the official town seal on it, but they still wouldn't take it. They also wouldn't accept my official social security card even though that was another form of ID I could have shown. I would've left but not many placed to get your TWIC card. Lazy and rude people at the desk. Extremely unprofessional, dressed in skin tight spandex short shorts and a cropped shirt. If I could've given a negative star I would have.

Took three months for my wife to get her ktn and the receptionist for the building is an absolute nightmare to deal with. He has no people skills and is the most incompetent idiot I have ever met. Go to the Warwick location. They have your number to you sometimes in hours.

Go elsewhere. Scheduled appt for TSA pre check. Arrived early and was there over an hour and a half past my appointment time until seen. They take walk-ins for other government programs and Do not prioritize people with appointments. Place is a mess in need of real management

Not really anyone's fault but I was seen 1½ hours after my scheduled appointment. There was a computer hardware malfunction that agent was attempting to fix while still seeing clients which had a drastic effect on their ability to keep up. Surprisingly, the agent was patient and kind through all the difficulties.
