Called to get information on a discrimination complaint,
she was very short with me and acted like she did not want to be bothered at all. She told me I did not have a case worth fighting and it would be an uphill battle. I do not believe retaliation for a discrimination complaint is an uphill battle, but hey she has 10+ years experience. The EEOC says I have a case, and already filed with them. So why is the government willing to help me, but someone who chose this career to help people, will not.
