So I’m extremely confused at the interaction I just had. I got a call from here because I’m in collections due to unpaid rent. I’ve never been in this situation before so I asked about payment plans, and was talked to like I’m a complete idiot. Then when I tried to ask more questions, the employee decided to mock my voice and accent. So completely unnecessary, for people who are obviously already in financial stress to be treated like they’re useless is so discouraging.

John Hoevel is responsive, easy to work with and has the weight of a law firm to facilitate a greater chance of recovery from delinquent accounts.
