I'm always greeted by friendly staff. Breanne is the best lawyer who looks out for your best interest, therefore I wouldn't recommend anyone but her! She helped me through my divorce and now is assisting with my ex husband filing contempt and trying to lower his child support. She is great at what she does and does it with a passion. I was in a bad place when trying to find a divorce lawyer. I had only left my husband for 2 weeks, but I was ready to get it done. I have not had the best luck with lawyers in the past, so I reached out to multiple. I really had a good feeling about Breanne from the first time i talked to her! And I was so right, her and Haley were wonderful with not wasting my time and running my bill up. They were able to find my ex husband fast and get him served right away. I was worried about that because he travels for work. We got everything done. I was divorced in 90 days. I didn't think that would be possible during the pandemic, but it happened. I pray to God I will never go through another divorce, but if I did, I would definitely use Breanne and Haley again!

Retained Alicia Gieck for a child support modification. That started back in April of 2022. I gave her the retainer fee plus some. All that came out of anything was a bunch of emails and a meeting with her 2 times. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a lawyer. She talked a good game and then nothing. All she did was take my money, and as a single mom, that is very hard to come by. She just filed for a request to withdraw from being my council because of lack of communication. I have many emails that went un answered by her. The Para that she has made a mistake and they just wanted me to brush it under the rug...no not happening. This office lacks professionalism and patience with clients who have questions and are in or have any fear in their predicament. On top of the ridiculous amount they charge, they charged me to draw up papers to request the withdrawal to boot! Do NOT go to this law firm!!!

Had a consultation with Jack Dane about a personal injury suit, could not have been more rude and condescending. It very quickly became clear that it was his opinion that he was doing us a favor by “granting” us his time and had no real interest in helping us. Avoid this place if you’re not rich and white because otherwise they are not worth it.

I have a personal injury lawsuit going on with my 2 year old daughter who had her leg broken while at a daycare facility by a worker who was being extremely aggressive with my daughter. She has since been terminated. We hired an attorney out of Moline who was unable to help us after she discovered one of the insurance companies involved caused a conflict of interest.

She recommended Alicia to us and this law firm. We set up an appointment for 1:30 pm with another appointment somewhere else for 3 pm. Upon arrival 5 minutes early we were asked to fill out the paperwork which had everything to do with an automobile accident and nothing to do with a daycare injury. I wrote the appropriate information down and made the paperwork work for the case.

It was around 2:15, 50 minutes after my arrival that I began to become aware that she was going to be very late for this meeting. I had been sitting in a conference room for about 30 minutes waiting by this time.

Finally she came into the conference room at 2:30 and stated that if we were going to be impatient with her, that she isn't the right attorney for the case. SHE SHOWED UP AN HOUR LATE..BUT EXPECTS PEOPLE TO PAY HER BY THE HOUR...I wouldn't recommend this place unless you are interested in having your case take a long period of time, or if you enjoy being told one time, but then they show up whenever they please.

What was her excuse for being late? She didn't have one. She admitted she was in her office the entire time. Did she apologize for being late? NOPE, NOT ONE IOTA. Time to find someone else for the case.

Don't recommend. First red flag came from a lawyer yelling at his assistant while I was filling out paper work, then after spending $100 and getting in to talk to someone... She was extremely inconsiderate and unsympathetic and made me feel even more lost at the end of it all.
