I seen one comment were they said rates were a little high. I'm sure his rates aren't higher than your debt!!

The entire concept of bankruptcy is intimidating. People are likely overwhelmed with debt and see no relief in sight. That was my situation, exactly. I seemed to be on a vicious treadmill of paying minimum monthly payments for credit cards which had more than surpassed their credit limit. There seemed to be no light at the end of any tunnel.
That's when I met with Hinkle Law Firm. My options were explained concisely and Mr Hinkle even went so far as to lay out a timeline for what I could expect. He allowed me to pay for his service over the course of several months so I went from lying awake at night stressing over finances to enjoying restful sleep at night.
His office was very well organized, the staff was very courteous and the location of his office was very convenient. I have never filed bankruptcy before but Hinkle Law Firm did an outstanding job of putting my needs first. Mr Hinkle is down to earth gets right to the point and gets the job done. For me he did my bankruptcy and even asked the judge to do a few things extra in my case and he approved it. This extra step he took made a difference down the road . So he didn't only care to get my bankruptcy done but certain changes that would help me in the future too. Just say it saved me another $10,000 should I decide to give my car up later if things aren't working out. He is very affordable and took payments as well. The receptionist was kind and helped answer any questions always greeted us kindly.
Overall I give Me Hinkle 5 stars. I can say this for sure if your doing bankrupcy go to him he can be trusted. He made it quick n easy to understand which made the process go smooth..
