Needed a copy of tax documents that I misplaced. They have done my taxes for 11 years and they told me they were going to charge me $50 to look in their system and print my docs for me. It cost me $80 for them to do my taxes in the first place. Last year was the last time Ill use them.

Edit to respond to owner's Response: I completely agree that your time and money should be worth something. But for you to spend 3 minutes to pull up my old documentation and to print off 10 pages shouldn't cost me $50. I am fine with paying a fair fee but highway robbery is a different matter. Especially considering that I have been a paying customer for 11 years. You would think that you would take care of your existing customers and scratch their backs the one favor that they needed in all of that time.
