Never actually got to meet this lawyer but was not treated like he really needed another client. We arrived early for our appointment and noticed a sign above the door, " your lack of proper planning doesn't constitute an emergency on my part". We thought oh cool, a guy who respects others time. This was not the case. We were told to have a seat and he would be with us shortly. 17 mins after our scheduled appointment time we were told he was running behind. 30 minutes past our appointment time we still hadn't been called back. We decided to leave. While I can't review him personally, that was a bad 1st impression for a prospective client. We were asked if we wanted to reschedule when notifying them we were leaving. We declined and have decided to use another attorney.

Just got off the phone with this attorney. One of the worst calls I've ever had. I never leave reviews for anything but this guy was the rudest person I've come across in a very long time. READ THIS FIRST!!!!!!! Prepare for the worst! If you want your life taken away, this is the lawyer for you! Learn your rights and defend yourself! These people do not care about your livelihood and will take advantage of you every step of the way! ---2023 Update to almost 2 years later, and still trying to undo the damage done by this guy! BEWARE VETERANS!! None of these lawyers in Martinsburg have your best interest at heart, they are COLD as ICE, your children are a paycheck to them. Look for the Truth in their laws, they are not even following themselves. These people think you are ignorant and expect you not to stand up for your rights! You have rights to 50/50, the SUPREME COURT has made decisions on this for decades. Do you think you are the first parent to be deprived

Look at this WV LAW They are allowed to COERCE YOU!!! that means to force you into an agreement. Does this seem constitutional Don't let them trap you! Don't give them any information about your life, you have rights to privacy and these people are LITERALLY running a business, and your family is the product!!

If u or a loved one has a trust with trustee do not let this man handle it.My adopted brothers were left an significantly large amount of money back in 2006 assets were sold and the trust had approximately$365k according to another local lawyer.That wasn't the only money deposited in there either!There has been more due to an on going Class Action Lawsuit that my family had for my grandfather had being awarded since their father was no longer alive from grandfathers estate.Needless to say none of the lawsuit money has been
deposited and today 12 years later it only has 241k significantly shorter than even started with after all assets were sold 2009(365k)The trustee retained this lawyer as she WAS approved to according to the Will to mail À COPY of a bank draft after she was confronted about the amount of money no longer in the trust and paid him to$600 to mail proving herself with threats that shed let lawyers take it all if we questioned herThe sad thing is It would of cost her less than buck so this was another poor choice of judgment she made. When called Mr Henry as I was told to do moving forward he was very condescending Throwing his weight around with his professional title. Mr Henry couldn't answer QUESTIONS and realizing he couldn't he began BELITTLING AND SCREAMING"YOU ARE NOT GETTING ANY MONEY AND ALL MONEY WOULD BE DECIDED BY HIM(WE'VE NEVER ASK OR GOTTEN A DOLLAR FROM THE TRUSTEE TO DATE)At no point did I ask for money so this also was unintelligent on his behalf.(Last time checked I've been the only one support these kids wit my money)So at that point I stated ,We do not want. we want all spending stopped and this account left alone. informed him on the trust amount, the on going lawsuit amount all in which he knew nothing of.At that point also told this attorney I would be filling with the fiduciary to get a detailed accounting recording since 2006.So he knew what we were asking for.I file and Mr Henry
responded with 6 pages of bank draft copies provided by the trustee from2010 to date and no explanation of any of the questions My uncle died in the beginning of 2006?In the 2nd paragraph of his response he names the beneficiaries wrong names and also tries to attack my character.he goes on to lie and state the trustee had been given verbal reports monthly prior to my
mom,a recorded call to me where he stated the trustee was not aware she had to do this? then goes on to say all money is accounted for after he researched it.Tax records prove he couldn't of. he began yelling when he could not answer questions he should have been familiar with. I simply told this man that he shouldn't defend something he knew nothing about.i've given him a lot info in 3 calls that he should of at least been aware of what was in and taken out of this account . After the amount of times I reached out to him and exact info given to him there was enough evidence behind my statements to at least checksimple tax records instead he wrote fiduciary back with a lot of inaccuracy and tried to talk around it.conclusion of our call he stated he wont be reporting to me or the beneficiaries.it was already clear that he wasn't for beneficiaries best interest. who pays a lawyer $600 to mail a copy of paper ?SOMEONE WHO ISN'T SPENDING THEIR MONEY THAT'S WHO!WE DO HAVE RIGHTS .When there's as much money as there is that is uncounted for In this trust they surely have rights especially when the administrator isn't fulfilling any of the duties she promised to Patrick Henry is defending the person with the check book and they both have been advised that no further spending should be done As of yesterday written proof was given to Mrs Childers My brother is Special Needs and will never be able to function as an adult in the real world. he will need this money IN his life.shame on anyone taking from it him or defending someone who has taken from it. Do not hire him on trust....

Mr. Henry was very bias and down right insulting in my case, barely mediated with defendant and completely sided with Plaintiff. Caught him insulting me behind my back in mediation with the other attorney Ms. Ridgeway, Crawford group. Very unprofessional. Avoid both groups.
