I called Hastings to deal with an extremely time sensitive, emergency situation where multiple witnesses needed to be served with subpoenas all throughout San Bernardino County. If I could do negative stars I would. Do not go with these guys for serving any documents. They are super unorganized and unprofessional. I mailed out documents that they needed. They then mailed everything back and wanted me to resend them. They claimed it was a communication error on their part. When they mailed back my paperwork they also tried to say that I had not paid them when I had proof that I did pay. In fact I paid the owner of this company who is Ken. When I finally got a hold of Ken he said he had already been trying to serve my paperwork which made no sense given that they needed the paperwork I mailed to them to serve all the documents. I also emailed them explaining the documents that I had mailed out. Which his assistant Sonia confirmed she got, and yet they still mailed everything back. Waste of my time simply because they are not organized!!!!!!!!
