I feel extremely compelled to let people know that Mr.Joe Harvey is a absolute bulldog. He did for me what 5 other attorneys could not and my case went on for SEVEN YEARS on bond. Every attorney would beg me to plea to something I was totally innocent on. Mr.Harvey would not play ball with these people he was there to work for me and be sure that my rights were protected and I was represented and this guy made it look like a breeze in the wind. Couple times in court and 6 felony charges dismissed after 7 whole years fighting. Mr.Harvey and this law firm believes in me and they weren't going to let a father be taken from his kids or a husband from his wife. I remember the first thing he told me...he said and I quote "I love to fight...I love to argue" and with that statement I knew he was our guy and my faith was perfectly placed.

I would have done most of the rest of my life in prison innocent if it wasn't for Joe Harvey and this guy will be not only my only attorney in the future but he will forever be family to us. Thank you Harvey and Jaulanito and office for believing in my case and helping my family.

Having hired Mr Harvey after spending 10 months using a public defender and still going through continuous and hearing and having been put through a 9 hour psychological evaluation ordered by the Mercer County Wv court system while both my parents where across town fighting for their life in a battle against covid 19 at the hospital. Which we didn't win.
Mr Harvey's very first turn at representing me himself I didn't even have to walk into the courtroom. He went in and then came out. And Said not to worry that the officers own dash and body cam footage proved my entire innocence and the actual unlawful actions of the law enforcement officers involved. And stated that the court could never allow my case to go to jury trial because of their own evidence proving everything I said was true and their lies. Which would cause them ethical troubles and disbarred.
This is still continuing now almost 2 years later and the court has refused to give me a jury trial that I have asked for countless times, begged for, and demanded over and over again. The courts now just last week have revoked my bond for this case. A case that for almost 2 years they have refused to give me my rightful jury trial because the truth will finally come to light.
So far Mr Harvey has done a good job, and after thus is over I hope to use his father for a civil lawsuit against this same court administration for compensation from their unlawful actions.
I will definitely come back to this review and update the great work of this lawfirm and their time and dedication they spent.
They also represented me in a donation I made to the National World War Two Museum which I need them to check into the finalizing of still for me.
But I will make it a priority to return and update this review as soon as I can.

They won't even return a phone call, and my loved one has been in jail for over 2 months without a visit or meeting from Mr. Harvey. Myself and mother in law call everyday and they answer occasionally and take a message but we never get a return call. Seriously why open a law business if you're not going to be a decent lawyer lol

I am rating this office low simply because of your Ad that's featured on WVVA. This is so last decade. You portray a picture of a successful lawyer while you are holding that big cigar. I resent the message you are sending to our young people and the community. Our community has worked very hard to deter smoking because it is such a health issues for our youth and others. All the cigarette companies advertise their product showing the wealthy, the successful, the in-crowd. Your ad is no different. Please consider how you impact our youth. Our commissioners have worked very hard and you blatantly mock their efforts.

I have seen the same thing lately because my boyfriend contacted him like 2 months ago if that. And has been told one thing and then he continued to call and either nobody answered or another lawyers secretary will answer and tell him harveys secretary wasnt in, and all these weeks he had to get this done and faxed like the lawyer said ,,he put more hope into my boyfriend and still he went to jail and nobody in office knows where it went and nobody in records for DOC knows anything about a fax from over a week ago. They just only anwer somwtimes and right now after 3 days of the lawyer supposedly on Monday , he was already be going to the courthouse to figure it out and they would call that day to let him know and now , still today got the same reaponse as yesterday , so it takes 3 days and counting to find a fax, thought people who became lawyers in life were intelligent for the tasks of knowing the laws

This law wins so many custody cases because they place people in your life or around you to get information. They pretend to be your friends, and then report back to them what you say about your personal life. They turn everything you say and do around to make you look like the bad one.
