Then we met Christine Kerian, and we were confident — after our individual, respective phone calls — that she was the ideal choice for us. Christine is intelligent, experienced, competent, and professional, but she is also an incredibly compassionate and mindful human being. With Christine, non of that came into play. Everything was laid out, we knew exactly what to expect, and it all went very, very smoothly.
