Highly disappointed in this “firm”. Nick is VERY unprepared, works alone with no staff, fails to respond to phone calls and emails, and is very disorganized.
He takes weeks to draft letters and will only take the next step if you repeatedly try to contact him. He doesn’t care about your case, and backs out of the agreement that I had to remind him we signed because he lost my file for several weeks unbeknownst to me. After stringing me along for 4 months, he quickly withdrew for no reason he could explain to me.

Very rude demeanor when attempting to call and ask questions about potential case and got dismissed quickly and hung up on. If this customer service is any indication of their work then STAY AWAY!!!!!.

Nick is a great lawyer. He provided strategic advice and helped me resolve a complex matter swiftly. I highly recommend him. In fact, I have already recommended him to a former colleague. It was well worth the investment.

PLEASE find another Lawyer or Firm. Nick is all about Nick. He deserves a zero star. Nick will deceive you to collect his $3.5k retainer, defying the Rules of Professional Conduct in VA. Furthermore, he is on his own and the paralegal who helped him before walked away in June 2023. There are no other lawyers with him. He has zero experience in Personal Injury Law and Dispute Resolution. His knowledge of Employment Law is 'regular' at best. As of Today, he cannot respond to his emails or phone calls (a college student answers for him). After making you wait weeks for him to finally catch up, he drafts a letter that takes him 2 hours to put together and, if your counterpart, is minimally astute, Nick will leave you hanging, not share those responses he got, lie to your face, and avoid answering your emails and calls. His demeanor and presence are a perfect example of a burned-out lawyer who did not make enough to retire. BTW, he does not speak any other languages or has any knowledge about corporations, Real Estate, or Banking.
