I am a local estate liquidator and I was called out to a very chaotic situation with a family in great distress. My first call was to Matt Quentmeyer, an outstanding local fiduciary. Without hesitation, he said Kirsten would be an excellent fit for the job. That couldn't have been more true!

I told the family to call this law firm, and they answered immediately. I cannot emphasize enough how incredibly professional, prompt and highly skilled Kirsten is. It was an especially complicated estate, and she's handling it flawlessly and quickly. This was such a stressful situation and you've really brought comfort to all parties involved. Losing a loved one is so painful, this was not anything anyone should ever have to endure. Things could have been so much worse without your experience and legal acumen.

Overall an unwelcoming environment. We don't know much and we were hoping for guidance when it came to a business agreement and Matt was noticeably upset when we did anything on our own to save costs or were confused as if we were supposed to understand everything. Most small businesses can't spend oodles of money trying to get paperwork together. Overall an unkind, abrasive and unhospitable attorney. Considering we were paying for a service I would think it would be a little bit easier to be kinder to clientele.
