Truth Seeker

We wanted to help a homeless person who called us angels and claimed we saved her life. However, she betrayed our trust by backstabbing us. After months of allowing her to stay with us, we kindly asked her to leave because we had put our property up for sale. In response, she secured a free attorney to sue us without a legitimate reason, hoping to extract money from us. This person and her attorney essentially tried to legally blackmail us. We soon realized that defending ourselves in court would cost us at least $25K in attorney fees, even though we were confident we'd win the case. To avoid these costs, we settled for an amount less than that. Despite our providing substantial text and email evidence that supported our position, the woman and her attorney seemed to be banking on the high legal fees we'd incur. Fortunately, we found an attorney named Andy, who wasn't motivated solely by money. He sincerely wanted to help. Without Andy, this situation could have cost us significantly more. He also charged us very reasonably. If you're fortunate enough to come across Andy in a world filled with attorneys who often seem motivated solely by profit, it might be wise to end your search and consult with him. Thank you, Andy! It is rare for me to provide a review - good or bad. I think this is my second ever, but I am so grateful to Andrew that I felt the need to share with other landlords/property owners regarding just how good he is.

I am not a professional property manager, I am just a simple property owner who rents out her condo. Unfortunately, my first and long-time tenant became extremely problematic and breeched the lease in several ways (unauthorized subletting, unauthorized pet, paying rent...eventually). Due to my own inexperience mixed with wanting to extend "good-will" to a long-term tenant, I made mistakes (like handling various legal notices myself) complicating the eviction process.

Retaining Andrew Greenfield was the best decision. He immediately went to work. He was proactive, thorough, very responsive to all my communications, and provided solid advice. His fees were reasonable (I did my research) but more importantly, the results were priceless.

Based upon my tenant's attitude, I anticipated a long drawn-out court battle. Understanding that every case is unique and that no credible attorney will guarantee a result, I am more than elated to say that from start to finish the property was vacated without much issue within 15 days from Andrew's firm serving notice on the tenant.
