Larry Garfinkel and his paralegal, Joanne, were wonderful to work with. Having moved from Ohio, I was new to having a lawyer involved in the purchase of a home. Their team worked diligently to get things finalized on time to close, without any hiccups. Friendly to speak to and very helpful explaining the process. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a competent and friendly law team!

Attorney Larry Garfinkel and his team are on the top of my list of suggested Attorneys. He has closed many real estate transactions for my clients, delivering unparalleled service and knowledge along with his kind and supportive nature. If there were more than 5 stars available, he would have them all!!

These people will restlessly spam you. I have no idea how they even got my phone number, but they call every single day. And they use multiple numbers to call from, so I’ve had to block several numbers from them. Then, when you don’t answer their phone calls, they will start to send you mail. I AM NOT interested in their services, and even if I were looking for a lawyer, I would go elsewhere due to their predatory solicitation practices.

In 2016 I worked with Mike Trella to purchase my first home. Now in 2021, I’ve chosen to work with him again to sell that same home. He is personable, easy going, and knowledgeable. He makes the process smooth and works hard to make sure his customers feel safe in his hands. His paralegal is amazing. Vanessa is diligent and super responsive. Buying and selling a house is stressful, but knowing that this team has you covered makes it so much easier! Work with Mike. You won’t regret it.

Attorney Michael Trella has been a steadfast guide and counsel to me in attending to the affairs of selling my father's property. His suggestions and actions provided me the best course of action and the transaction went off without delay or drama. He worked flexibly to overcome a variety of unexpected challenges presented by the estate. I will continue to recommend his services to everyone. I could not be happier with his professional service.

We had a great experience! We had to close early before the typical escrow on a week’s advance notice and move mountains to meet our deadline to keep our rate. Green Law PC understood our situation and made our closing successful within our short deadline. We were moving from out of state and had different state law requirements to consider which was explained well to us. Even coming into the office for the final signatures , with two kids under three, was easier than expected the team was equipped with coloring books and crayons to the kids busy while we signed.

Justin has been working diligently to help me with a stressful foreclosure. He has gone out of his way to make sure he keeps me updated on every step in the process. Him & his team has done a wonderful job executing a plan that has my best interests at heart. I can’t thank them enough for stepping in at the right time!

The firm was recommended by my bank for my home purchase and they were great for that. However, a few months after my home purchase I realized that in the closing costs I had been charged for a bill the prior homeowners said was paid in advance, as I received the current year version of that bill. After doing the legwork on my end, I confirmed the bill was not paid in advance and was actually a payment for sewer usage for the 12 months prior to the bill date. That means the part of the bill I paid through closing costs didn’t cover any of the time I owned the house and the bill I received after purchasing the house only covered 3 months of me owning it and 9 months of the prior homeowners owning it. I reached out to the firm to see what my options were for getting at least the closing cost money back. I checked with my bank, too, and they also referred me to speaking with the firm. That was June 2020. In August I was told they were waiting for the seller’s attorney to send a check. In October they asked me how much money I was expecting to receive, making me wonder what sort of check they were waiting for. That was the last contact I received from the law firm, and the issue is still unresolved. I believe waiting four months for a response, even one just saying I didn’t have any legal ground to get the money, is not acceptable. Start to finish I have been waiting nearly nine months for some sort of resolution or explanation from them and it has gone nowhere. I’ve also attempted to reach the office by phone, but neither of the people I worked with have answered when I dial their extensions and I’ve received no calls back when I’ve left messages.
