Absolutely HORRIBLE experience. I met with Lou, who was shown ALL the documents i had regarding a real estate issue and he said he'd be able to take my case "with ease" and help me out. The $1000 retainer was given under the statement made by him. After chasing Lou for weeks trying to put a plan into action and get word from him, he COWARDLY called me at 11pm at night while i was sleeping and left a voicemail stating he wont be able to do anything for me and to get someone else.
