Grabb & Drurando employs highly reputable and professional attorneys.. The entire staff was a pleasure, from the office assistant to the paralegal, all of my correspondences have been amazing. Every staff member and most importantly the attorneys embrace the skills which are required to run a successful firm. They communicate proficiently in an organized and timely manner, and have passion in the cases they represent. You are not just a case number, you are their client, deserving of the best representation able to provide. That is what you will get with the attorneys at Grabb and Durando!

Some of the high reviews here are fake. They drop a lot of clients. I had to hire *another* attorney. Don't use them if you've been in a wreck. (continued below)

I was hit by a red light runner, and the police told me where to get video evidence *proving the other driver was at fault*. I told Grabb & co. where to get the video footage. After over a month without hearing from them, they call me one day and drop me as a client, claiming they were dropping me because they said I lied about whose fault it was. I hired a different firm and surprise, surprise we easily won the case with the video evidence.

Look at other reviews. They drop a lot of clients. Not normal for good firms. If I had to guess, I'd say they only want to take easy, slam dunk cases.

They didn’t communicate with me throughout my whole lawsuit and then decided to drop my case 6 months before my time was up. With no reasoning… The other driver admitted fault, my finger was fractured- it should have been a open and closed lawsuit. Now I’m still dealing with the anguish of what I am supposed to do. My finger was never fixed and I still have problems. Everything was done on a lien, Doctor visits that I will not be paying for. I reported them to the bar of AZ where I was then informed that they were instructed to take classes on how to better communicate with their clients. So all these reviews within the last few months about great communication- you can thank me for getting the bar of AZ involved and making them take classes, otherwise this could have been you. Malpractice at its finest.

I've been represented by this law firm twice and have obtained very satisfying results.
Their staff is professional, courteous and always willing to help explain every step in the process.
I fully recommend you consult them first if you ever are unfortunately in a situation where you require this type of attorney services.

Grabb and Durando was my first call, I was a little hesitant at first but I'm glad I made the call. They helped me every step of the way. I highly recommend them to all my friends and family. Any questions I had were answered. I can't thank them enough. Very pleased with the service I received.

Robert Grabb is very personable and understanding and his team of paralegals are very good at answering questions about the case and keeping me updated on whatever is going on, and if they can’t take my call and I have to leave a message with the sweet receptionists, they’re really good at getting back to me. I would recommend them to anyone.

Unfortunately, I was quite disappointed. My case was turned down by the receptionist. I used their web page on a Sunday night to state a case of a dog bite inflicted upon my wife and dog by a foster dog about 10 days prior with injuries requiring a trip to the ER for my wife (with surgery) and an overnight stay at the Vet for my dog who was within an inch of her life. I called between work events the following Tuesday asking the status of my request for consultation and they didn't know anything about it. The receptionist asked what it was about and I gave her a brief version of the events. She puts me on hold and comes back on the phone to tell me they will not take the case. I have no problem with a refusal to do business with me, but I do have a problem not talking with someone I perceive to be qualified to consider my request. That is poor business etiquette, plain and simple.
