I had made an appointment for a mobile notary to come to notarize some important documents for my sister-in-law (who is mostly bed-bound and lives in a nursing facility) however they did not show up! It was now 4:30p, I do not live in the area and was desperate to find someone at the last minute as I needed the documents notarized that day. I looked on line and was drawn to Rosa Mobile Notary. I called them and spoke to a gentleman named, Angel. He was professional, courteous and most of all, helpful. I was so thankful that he would be able to accommodate me!

About 45 minuets later, I received phone call, from a gentleman named, Guillermo Blanco who was assigned to my case. He asked a few questions, and we set a time to come to the nursing home. I was happy how prompt and efficient all this had transpired, given it was last minute. Guillermo was knowledgeable, professional and sensitive to our situation, due to the nature of the documents that had to be notarized. Her husband, which was my brother, had just passed away and the documents were regarding the mortuary, funeral services, etc. which were very difficult for her and exacerbated her already fragile physical condition for her to have to sign. Guillermo came to notarize on three different occasions in one month. Each time he came, he was so nice, thoughtful and patient with her knowing her situation. The most important aspect of having someone like Guillermo, was his kindness!! He always took time to acknowledge my sister-in-law, he greeted her and interacted with her! By far, that stood out...it spoke volumes to the type of individual he is!!

I called this business for notary services. I was in a bind, because my son was going on a flight with my mom in a few hours, and I had forgotten to get a travel doc notarized to allow him to travel without me. Mr. Blanco answered my call right away and even changed his schedule to come help me out immediately. I can't tell you how grateful I was that he would do that to help me. What amazing customer service! The other notaries I called said I would have to wait for at least an hour or 2, but Mr. Blanco met with me within 15 minutes! And his price was incredibly reasonable. Half of what the other notaries wanted to charge me. It is rare to find a company who will go above and beyond like that to offer incredible customer service. I will forever be grateful and I'll be using them for any of my notary or real estate needs in the future.

I needed some affidavits notarized and Mr. Blanco is the best I’ve encountered. He was very calm and willing to help, made the process feel less stressful. I did not feel rushed and it was done correctly. I had went to a different notary before and the man was not as nearly as professional as Mr. Blanco. Aside from that the other man came off a little rude and unpleasant to work with, which is why I really appreciate Mr.Blanco’s help and kindness, I would definitely recommend anyone to come here.
