Mr. Steve was very kind and courteous and took the time to explain to me everything he was doing as he went along. He was extremely helpful in advising me on how to be proactive in preventing future reinfestations and never tried to upsell me on any services that weren't truly needed. Before leaving, he set up a time to come back for a re-check in order to determine a maintenance plan, if needed. They are a family-owned business and his wife and daughter were so very polite and helpful both times I spoke with them on the phone. I will not use anyone else -- I highly recommend Good Neighbor Pest Services.

I reached out to Good Neighbor on Facebook and quickly received a response. I was concerned with some roaches I'd seen in my kitchen. Steve came out Saturday morning which was great. He was extremely friendly with my whole family including my 6 month old child. He quickly diagnosed that I did not have a German roach issue which was my concern. He then did a full inspection of the inside and outside of my house and pointed out anything that needed to be addressed. He then sprayed the inside and outside of my home, removing spider webs as he went. He didn't try to upcharge me on anything and is extremely affordable. I'd recommend Steve and Good Neighbor Pest Services to anyone.

It was a blessing to fine Good Neighbor Pest Services! After the house sat vacant for several years, we were infested with several different types of critters. Good Neighbor eradicated them all! Good Neighbor has been excellent! The price was great. The communication has been above and beyond. Steve was incredibly thorough, knowledgeable, and so kind to my (very nosy) kids. I am so thankful for Good Neighbor Pest Services! We discovered that my 84 yr old father had bed bugs. After calling around every where else, America and Mr. Steve were able to fit us in for an inspection and treatment that same day. Can I tell you that stuff they use really works! After only a few days, my dad was no longer experiencing any bites. Even now after over a week…no bites and no signs of anything.
