I asked for a piece of tape to just finish off a package and you said I can buy a $5 roll. I said no thanks. You then said, “just give me 50 cents and I’ll take care of it.” I went to my car, grabbed 50 cents and brought it to you. You reached under the counter and pulled out some scotch tape and slapped the piece on my package. Seriously, this was ridiculous. It’s been over a week ago and I’m still baffled that this really happened.

Terribly incompetent. Dropped off a package for FedEx and purchased overpriced masking tape, given a tracking number that when typed into FedEx was non existent. Called goin postal, the man tells me he "deleted some of the numbers I didn't think you needed" and effectively lost my package. Had used before, never again.
