In September 2023, I realized I could no longer endure the work force due to the pain I suffered from my chronic back condition(s). My Lead Case Manager Monica was awesome. She held my hand through the entire appeal process, addressing all my disability concerns in a very timely manner. I was approved 7 months later. Mr. Gillette followed up with me to make sure I was satisfied with the process, told me what to expect and answered all my questions. I am so thankful for Mr. Gillette and his wonderful staff. when I was told I no longer could work it was devastating to me and now here comes the headache apply for SSD.
