Inviting and Kid-Friendly Atmosphere!

My child enjoyed piecing together a puzzle depicting the life cycle of a frog and playing with decently sized dinosaurs.

Books on display that immediately competed for my attention! Non-Fiction Section on the Second Floor of the library!

We love riding our bikes here. The librarians are the best part of the library, so kind and helpful. If you can't find a book they can have it sent in. I enjoy their sunset reading program and crafts and snacks. Thank you!

The officer holding the tests is very nice and respectful however, there is only one officer in charge of both the written test and the driver's test. I had to take a family member to take the written test at around 8:10 a.m. ,the written test starts at 8 a.m. and ends at around 11 to 11:30 a.m. We waited there from 8:10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and was told that he will be closing the written test in order to have time to manage the driver's test. Many people waiting in line were furious. This testing facility definitely needs to consider hiring more staff members in order to accommodate for everyone.

Lovely building and the people are very nice, but I didn’t stay long because I came here for a driver’s permit test WHICH THEY DON’T DO ANYMORE. DO NOT COME HERE FOR A DRIVER’S PERMIT TEST. The employee told me they’ve been trying to update the website but for some reason there’s been no answer or something like that, so the present information is innaccurate. I drove from Bella Vista expecting to be able to take the test here, but I was not. Again, DO NOT GO HERE FOR A DRIVER’S PERMIT TEST THEY NO LONGER DO THEM.

During this pandemic, you call, make an appointment, and the secretaries were very friendly, helpful, courteous. I used their public computer, and was out 15 minutes later. Very nice experience.
