I have used Jennifer Gellner as a tax attorney over the course of a dozen years. She did an amazing job of sorting out a horrendous tax problem for me back in 2009. She saved me tens of thousands of dollars. Her fees are astonishingly fair for the incredible ability she has to deal with the IRS. In my most recent tax issue, she was able to counsel me very quickly and effectively. Again her fees --even over the course of many years--were still affordable for me even though I am on a fixed income. I highly recommend her staff as well. They were very respectful and got me the best time for my appointment. In conclusion, I highly recommend Jennifer Gellner, Esq.

Jennifer Gellner is an amazing lawyer. She's compassionate while being very knowledgeable. She walked me through the probate process which she made as easy and simple as possible. I'm thankful for her patience while having to repeat things with me as I was grieving and not retaining everything as I normally would. I hired Jennifer Gellner several years ago to help me with the fallout of a VERY NASTY divorce. I was a stay at home mom and my husband worked for Microsoft. He got involved with a Ponzi scheme in an attempt to hide money from me in our divorce. He got audited by the IRS. They charged him/us with fraud with penalties and fines over a million dollars. Jennifer helped me file for innocent spouse. I was told by my divorce judge that getting it was very unlikely. Jennifer was truly compassionate and extremely knowledgeable. She charged me a more than fair price and I was awarded innocent spouse. This was a very difficult time for me on all fronts and she quiet litteraly saved my life. I will always be grateful for her!

I have known the new owner/attorney, JENNIFER GELLNER, for 7 years since 2011, when she helped me to successfully deal with a serious problem with the IRS. She maintained contact with me throughout this extremely distressing time when setting up the initial response and agreement with the IRS. She saved me tens of thousands of dollars due to her tax law knowledge and attention to detail. In the subsequent years, she routinely contacted me to handle additional items with this issue until the final resolution. Even then, she checked in with me periodically to verify that all was well.
