Edward Moore really let my friend down. She provided every scrap of information he requested for their case in Superior Court. The trial was scheduled months in advance but it appears he waited until the week before to prep. That's when he started asking questions anyway. He failed to answer our status inquires or communicate his needs to my friend no matter how often she tried to communicate with him over the months. My friend was deposed but he decided to not deposed the opposition. It appears he just ran out of time. He showed up in court unprepared, failed to challenge outlandish statements by the opposition or even ask questions that were discussed ahead of time. My friend compiled a library of over 100 videos and provided them. He didn't show any of them and when asked he said he "forgot". He also forgot to ask key questions. Obviously we lost the case but this is NOT sour grapes. It's what I personally observed in the courtroom. A very disappointing experience. Glad he wasn't my lawyer.

And of course, months after this comment, no response from the company. I'm sure they will pitch a fit if their payment is delayed.

A few years back, I had Bruce and his team work with me on several contract/lease issues (in the Snohomish area) for our church there. I have since moved down to SW Washington. I did not hesitate to reach out to Bruce regarding contract negotiations (with Verizon) on possible cell tower lease options on our current church’s property. His experience has helped tremendously even though I am no longer “local”. I have always felt that he has the client’s best interest in mind.

I have recently have had the pleasure of working with Peter Gallagher of the Galloway Law Group PLLC. He wrote my father's will as well as did the probate for my parent's estate. It was not easy, considering there was some push-back from the other side of the family, if you know what I mean. Peter was vigilante in his representation of us and he went above and beyond of what was required of him.. He spoke with the opposing parties attorney on a continual basis and kept us informed of any and all changes as they occurred. We were very pleased with his services, as well as his fees. To be honest, he is is still working on this case to this day, however we are hoping to get this wrapped up within a very short time. If you are looking to have a Will drawn up, Estate Planning, Probate, whatever the case may be regarding property, etc. I cannot recommend this man more. He is the the best lawyer that I can think of in the Lake Stevens Area, if not all of Snohomish County.

If I could give them a negative rating I would. My 81 year old mother went to them for advise on an eviction. They sent her home with a form to sign and return with a $5000 retainer. I flipped my lid and we contacted another attorney who did what we needed for $124.00 - my mother then receive a bill for over $400 for her 1.33 hour consultation.

Buyer be ware - they are also working on another case for my family and it's already taking longer than expected as well.

When I read the other person's comment about their probate experience I am seeing the same thing with ours....

Adam Strand is an exceptionally poor attorney and even worse at communication. Don’t expect him to come to trial prepared or have him answer emails. He will be very prompt to send an invoice but any concern you have will go completely ignored. He wont work with other attorneys to settle anything and prefers to go to court entirely unprepared and just wing it since it increases his payment. I can’t say if more experience will help him or not but now he basically doesn’t take any time to do the work or even concern himself with your issues. He seems to have a lack for understanding that he is practicing family law and this is people's lives he's gambling with. Don't even want to give one star.

Galloway Law Group recently handled an escrow and closing for me on the sale of my mixed usage building. This sale should have been a relatively straight forward transaction with me carrying the note. However, the closing of this transaction and final settlement were filled with errors and had been poorly mishandled by both my real estate agent and the large escrow company.
Bruce and his staff were able to correct the information and large mistakes previously made by others. Bruce, Sarah, Caiti and Carmen were a pleasure to deal with. They kept me informed on every aspect of this closing and completed it very professionally

Awful probate firm. Drags on forever. Should have closed months ago, but they dont do anything... like normal filings unless you get on them and then they charge you for the phone call.
