We recently purchased our first home and couldn't be happier to have had Vanessa Fry representing us through the process! She was excellent at navigating some tough negotiations, always making sure our best interest was put first. She went above and beyond to make sure we ended up in our dream home after some unexpected rough bumps on the part of the seller. When things got a little rocky in the process, Vanessa stepped up and remained calm when we needed her the most! During the closing, Vanessa took time to explain the paperwork and carefully examine each document. Could not recommend Vanessa more for your real estate needs!

My husband and I hired Vanessa because she was referred to us by our realtor so naturally we trusted referral. Vanessa was extremely unprofessional at our closing. She behaved as if she were at a local bar by the way she was speaking/engaging my husband and I along with the receptionist while in waiting area at the title company. She was extremely loud and inappropriate. Her behavior was very offensive and disrespectful to us as clients. I was appalled. At the closing table Vanessa also ignored the questions I was asking her while reviewing closing documents. I had to keep repeating my questions to receive an answer from her. After the closing we sent her a follow up email regarding our title which she completely ignored. As a 1st time home buyer I was very disappointed with this experience and still cannot believe how rude this closing attorney was to us.

I would hire Vanessa again in a minute. She and her team did a great job and saved me a ton of money when we realized the buyer was doing something funny. Love the Fry group!!!
