If you want/need something done in a timely manner, do not use this company, they are behind in getting titles, 3 plus weeks cash sale or not, there's no way to get anything done quicker with them. I called to check to see if our closing date was still a good day since it was Wednesday next week, was told that they had no idea who gave me that date and was told it would be at least another week before they had the title then they would call to set up a closing date. So I went to a different title company who is promising that we will sign on the original date we were given. Now that's customer service!!! Why couldn't these people make it happen? My guess is they don't care.

The website advertises amazing things, but I was talked down to horribly when I went to check in person. Unfortunately I want to start a business on a plethora of aacres, I was hoping for a much more positive experience.
