I am very grateful for the excellent legal support I received from Attorney Damjan Denoble throughout my family's immigration journey. From the start, he approached our case with professionalism, compassion, and keen attention to detail.
We needed to file an I-130 for my husband and our two children through the U.S. Consulate in Lagos, Nigeria. Although the process can be overwhelming, Damjan made each step feel manageable. He reviewed every necessary document and ensured our paperwork was complete and accurate. He also took the time to double-check details related to previous relationships, as well as my husband's background, which helped us avoid potential delays or complications.
Damjan's extensive interview preparation was also extremely valuable. He held practice sessions with my husband and our children, over zoom and across several time zones, reviewing possible questions, scenarios, and cultural nuances. This preparation boosted their confidence and helped them navigate the real interviews smoothly.
Another significant benefit of working with Damjan was that he successfully secured an expedite for our case. This sped up our processing time and relieved a great deal of stress. His thorough understanding of consulate procedures played a major role in moving our case forward so quickly.
Thanks to Damjan's dedication and expertise, our family is now reunited in the United States. If you need an immigration attorney who understands how important your family's future is, I highly recommend Damjan Denoble. He provides superb legal guidance and advocacy.

Iām unbelievably greatful for the help Damjan gave me with my I-130 and I-485 adjustment of status. From the very beginning, I sensed I was in truly reliable hands. The whole immigration ordeal felt intimidating at first, but Damjanās extensive knowlege and calming approach made everything so much simpler. He even remembered little details from our first consultationālike the date of my very first job in the U.S.āand that level of personal attention meant a lot to me.
During the paperwork phase, I got nervous about messing up minor details or missing essential deadlines. Damjan consistently reassured me that things were on track, while also triple-checking forms to make sure every question was answered properly. If I forgot something or spelled a name incorrectly, he spotted it right away and explained exactly what needed to be done to fix it. His guidance felt both professional and friendly, which is rare to find nowadays.
One moment that really stuck out was when I paniced about the upcoming interview. I was terrified Iād freeze up or forget something important, but Damjan gave me step-by-step advice on how to stay calm and organized. On top of that, he reminded me to bring certain photos and documents I wouldnāt have even thought about, which ended up being very helpful. Afterward, I felt like his advance preparation was the main reason everything went so smoothly.
Thanks to Damjanās unwavering support and attention to detail, I ended up with a quick approval on my I-130 and a successful outcome for my I-485. I honestly donāt think I could have gotten through the entire process without him. His know-how, patience, and genuine concern made all the difference, and Iād recommend him to anybody looking for a dedicated immigration attorney.

I cannot recommend Damjan highly enough for anyone seeking help with an I-130 petition and 601A waiver application. From our very first consultation, it was immediately clear that he deeply understood the complexities of the immigration process and was committed to guiding us every step of the way. Here are just a few reasons why Iām so grateful to have worked with him:
1. Meticulous Attention to Detail
One of the biggest challenges with USCIS applications is ensuring every detail is accurate and every deadline is met. Damjan kept a comprehensive timeline of each critical date, making sure we had all the necessary documents, evidence, and signatures ready well before they were due. His thoroughness saved us from potential delays or requests for additional evidence.
2. Frequent and Clear Communication
He never left us wondering about our case status. Damjan and his team provided regular updates on both the I-130 petition and the 601A waiver submission. Whenever there was new information or a request for additional evidence, they promptly reached out by phone and email to let us know exactly what was needed. This level of communication really helped alleviate the stress that often comes with immigration matters.
3. Expert Knowledge of Immigration Law
With regulations and guidelines changing so frequently, it was a relief to have such a knowledgeable attorney on our side. Damjan explained every aspect of the I-130 process in clear terms and walked us through how to effectively demonstrate extreme hardship for the 601A waiver. Thanks to his guidance, we were able to build a solid case, leaving no gaps or uncertainties.
4. Personalized Strategy and Support
Rather than adopting a one-size-fits-all approach, Damjan took the time to understand our unique situation and craft a strategy tailored to our familyās needs. He showed genuine empathy and patience, answering all our questions thoroughly. It truly felt like we had a dedicated partner who cared about achieving a positive outcome just as much as we did.
5. Positive Outcome
Thanks to Damjanās hard work and guidance, our I-130 was approved without any issues, and our 601A waiver was ultimately granted. We are now moving forward in our immigration journey with confidence and relief, and we have Damjan and his team to thank for making it possible.
If youāre looking for an immigration attorney who will dedicate themselves to your case, stay on top of every deadline, and offer unwavering support throughout the process, look no further than Damjan. He goes above and beyond to ensure everything is handled efficiently and accurately, and I couldnāt be happier with the result.

Damjan is compassionate and makes the complex process of immigration easy to understand and navigate. He has made my wife and I feel seen during a very challenging time for us.

I normally donāt leave reviews but I felt this was needed.
First off Iāll say Damjan was very polite in the start of things he took my calls and was very responsive and helpful and patient .
I paid the partial deposit he was very very respectful. He tried to help getting us expedited for our I-130 after failing he suggested we wait the and said good news the process was faster now NOT TRUE in fact I-130 as of today are taking longer
I took the initiative to contact some people in my state , congressman and state representatives we got approved a week or so later thanks to me reaching out . We made it to the next stage at this point Damjan took more money from me.
I felt this is where things went wrong . The communication after payment went straight to email only and some slight delays . We made it to the NVC stage and he started working slowly and next he informed us of his vacation .
This stage is where the next problems started first two of my I-864 form error that cost us time . My fault for not noticing his errors but I paid for a service these errors where simple enough any legal representation should of noticed you canāt fill out the same i864 for each person š he didnāt inform us of this too and when he left us he said this part was complete but it wasnāt
Next after requesting information from my wife regarding her father several times the information provided was entered incorrectly on the ds260 another mistake why request information if your team is only going to enter it in wrong . Next he wanted to charge us $1600 to add my joint sponsor . My wife didnāt like this she did send him some emails regarding his professionalism her comments to the point but professional after this he terminated our contract.
After doing the rest ourselves the total time to add joint sponsor was maybe 1 hours and half tops probably less $1600 come on man š± not having done this I didnāt know what was involved but it was hardly any work
All we had to do was change one line per form , to be fair he did have some research into this but that shouldnāt have taken over an hour tops I think a fee would of still been appropriate however $1000 + was unreasonable after speaking with several law firms they all agreed and most include joint sponsors for the same fee Damjan first charges without adding more
The next problem was the parol program this is the main reason I hired him. We first were going to seek getting my wife and daughters over to the USA using the Biden program. He only filled out one form had this been approved my daughters wouldnāt have been able to leave as a legal expert he should have known this I even asked and he said it wasnāt a issue however this was not true. This clearly could be found from reading the requirements available online . He also failed to let us know the birth certificates needed translations luckily I did this when we did the marriage certificate when he requested that. Why not request this done š¤
When you pay for legal , forms must be filled out correctly errors can cost delays. Not only errors but grammar errors as well with the I-130 this didnāt affect us but still paying for help you need good representation and presentation itās important also
He uploaded our entire file after termination I notice on one of my daughters he had the wrong passport in that file to.
We did a ton of leg work for Damjan also a Google drive which pretty much had everything already done trying to help insure we had a solid case . I only left this review mainly because of the errors that were done with the final documents he left us and submitted prior to termination on his part.
We managed to get my wife and daughters here in the USA before Christmas even with the errors from his form he told me was done after termination it just cost us a few extra weeks

Attorney Damjan Denoble helped me secure an H-2B visa for my childās caregiver. We had originally hired our caregiver as a J-1 au pair, but when our familyās work schedules and childcare needs drastically changed, we found ourselves in need of full-time help that the au pair program simply couldnāt provide. Damjan stepped in and worked tirelessly to transform our situation, ensuring that our caregiver could smoothly transition from a J-1 to an H-2B before her original visa expired.
What stood out was Damjanās command of Department of Labor (DOL) requirements and his deep knowledge of how to address a complicated Notice of Deficiency (NOD). He drew upon relevant BALCA (Board of Alien Labor Certification Appeals) precedentsāciting how prior part-time childcare does not bar the employer from establishing a one-time, full-time needāand thoroughly explained how a J-1 au pairās limited scope cannot be equated to a full-time nanny. This level of expertise was indispensable to overcoming the single deficiency in our application.
Damjan served as a fierce advocate on our behalf at the DOL. He meticulously presented evidence proving that our circumstances in 2024 triggered a real and unforeseen shift in our childcare needsāone that simply could not be met under J-1 au pair limitations. From dealing with late nights and weekend work to ensuring continuous coverage for our children, he showed exactly why our need had evolved into full-time care. His comprehensive response to the NOD was instrumental in demonstrating that our situation met the one-time occurrence classification for certification.
Throughout the process, Damjan was communicative, supportive, and organized. He explained every step in plain language, keeping me updated on developments and giving me confidence that he had the matter fully under control. In the end, he secured our certification quickly and without unnecessary setbacks, which was no small feat given the complexity of the case.
If you need an attorney who genuinely cares about your familyās situation, tirelessly advocates for your needs, and knows the DOL landscape inside and out, I cannot recommend Attorney Damjan Denoble highly enough. His commitment to getting our H-2B approval in time was truly life-changing for my family. Five stars all the way!

I highly recommend Damjan Denoble for anyone needing assistance with immigration matters. My wife and I were guided flawlessly by Damjan through the complex process of obtaining Permanent Residency. His professionalism and attention to detail were crucial in preparing our case for USCIS. Thanks to his expertise and diligence, I became a Permanent Resident in November 2024 !

We are appreciative of Frontera Labor for their professional, dogged support in helping us bring a qualified nanny from overseas to Anchorage, Alaska through the H-2B visa program. Our experience was a testament to their professionalism, expertise, and commitment to achieving results, even in the face of process challenges.
Our journey with Frontera Labor began with the April 2024 H-2B lottery, for which we applied in January 2024. While we didnāt receive a high lottery slot (the lottery is randomized), Frontera Labor remained optimistic and outlined a clear plan for the future. They guided us through the certification process and then helped us refile for the October 2024 cycle. Their persistence and strategic advice paid off when our USCIS visa was successfully secured during the second filing.Unfortunately, our initial candidate, applying through the Hong Kong consulate, was denied twice despite Frontera Laborās diligent efforts to prepare them. The team worked tirelessly to arrange timely interviews, facilitate all necessary training through the Philippines Overseas Migration Authority, and coach the candidate for consular questions. While it was disappointing to face these denials, the professionalism and dedication of the Frontera Labor team kept us encouraged.
When the initial candidateās path closed, Frontera Labor stepped up with a solution. They provided us with a list of highly qualified nanny candidates working overseas for vetted employers and handled all the intricate, multinational details of preparing our candidate for an interview. This included securing an interview at an overseas consulate in Dubai, assisting with the candidateās legal transition from her previous employer, and ensuring every aspect of her application process was seamless. This was a technically complex feat, but Frontera Labor managed it with precision and care.
We are now thrilled to have awonderful, highly skilled nanny who has become an invaluable part of our family. Frontera Laborās team exceeded our expectations at every turn, turning a complicated process into a success story. Their attention to detail, clear communication, and commitment to their clientsā goals make them the go-to experts for H-2B visa services.
We highly recommend Frontera Labor to anyone navigating the H-2B process. Thank you for your outstanding work and for helping our family achieve this milestone!
