After many tries I finally got an appointment with Mr. Pacheco, even though he never returned any of my calls. I arrived promptly for my appointment only to be asked to wait. When I went back to ask how much longer it would be (45 mins after my appointment time) Mr. Pacheco couldn't give me an amount of time, I walked away. I wouldn't recommend wasting your time with Mr. Pacheco, if he can't even keep an appointment what will he do with your case.
