A very honest man…I truly appreciate Mr. Fraley for his honesty and integrity. My financial situation has changed and I thought bankruptcy was the only option I had. I met Mr. Fraley for my initial, free consultation, we discussed my income and debt, he reviewed my records and explained my options. He didn’t take any money from me, and suggested that I don’t need to file bankruptcy, unlike another attorney I met with previously that wasn’t as extensive and just gave me the amount it would cost to file. Mr. Fraley is a very honest man and could’ve just taken my money and filed for me without explaining what could be done and cost me less. I truly appreciate Mr. Fraley and his staff all were wonderful and professional.

I’m soo glad I did my research and went with Fraley and Fraley. Gary took the time to explain the entire process to me from beginning to end. They were able to make payment arrangements that I could handle. They staff there is very knowledgeable. Every time I called Klaryssa and Vhal were knowledgeable and able to assist with questions or any concerns. Piotr helped me on filing day to explain everything I was signing in great detail and to make sure everything was accurate. The staff at Fraley and Fraley are kind, patient and knowledgeable. They made it a very smooth process. When it came time to do the meeting of the creditors there was 10 cases at my court time which was on zoom so even better for anyone like me that gets nervous in court. Needless to say of the 10 I was number 8 and we were the only file to not get dismissed or another hearing cause they weren’t prepared. I was prepared because Gary made sure I knew what they were going to ask and also because they send you a video from YouTube to explain the process in depth. I highly recommend the Fraley and Fraley Team.
