I have shopped this store for 20 years. This is now the only grocery store in yadkinville. I am extremely disappointed in Food Lion because anytime there is a sale item or Food Lion Brand items, they are sold out! It makes me wonder is Food Lion is purposely doing this so that we have to buy the more expensive items? This has been going on since covid! Come on FL!! Stock the store if you are going to have things advertised on sale!! Otherwise the staff here are EXCELLENT. You won't find friendlier folks and from youngest to oldest they are super helpful and professional

That foodlions in Yadkinville deli don't believe in refunding customer money back i 16 pcs of chicken the chicken was cook to hard and also fried in burt or dirty grease the foodlions in elkin chicken be nice and brown and freshly cooked

This is the only grocery store we have in yadkin county and the prices are sky high. You can go to another food Lion store and the prices are not that high and the people are stuck up. They don't want to help you. They say oh it's over too many hours over this aisle. This over the South you get over there and you can't find it. When you ask for help you should get the help

They don't rotate their food, make sure you check the date on EVERYTHING. I have a sneezing fit everytime I go inside. The produce is rotten most of the time. The shelves look like they're never cleaned. Take a look at the parking lot and you'll see how much they care about cleanliness. This is the only grocery store remotely near us and we still drive to the next town over for grocery's. Also they need to stop price gouging. Some people cannot afford to drive 30 minutes out or their ridiculous prices.

I go into Food Lion in yadkinville. All the lines are backed up including the do it yourself line. I was having second thoughts, and then a bagger at one of the lines was telling two customers whose carts were full that that line was closing. So no matter how long they had been waiting they now had to get at the tail end of another long line. I left PPP.
