I reached out to this attorney on July 24, 2024. We set up a Zoom call to go over the details and he advised that he would take on the matter. The date is now September 25, 2024 and there has been zero communication. My emails go unanswered. He's non responsive. He checks in and says he will reach out to you and doesn't.

I expected a lot more out of a legal professional, but received a lot less. I'm never one to leave a negative review, however, this has to be the absolute worst!

Dan was my lawyer when I purchased my home and I've got to say - wow, was it a terrible experience! He charged $450 and failed to even properly read the paperwork required for my association (rules, HOA information, etc.).

During the negotiation process at signing for some issues with the home that weren't previously noted, he pretty much told me there was nothing he'd be able to do without even trying. He was extremely passive and soft-spoken, which was the last thing I was expecting from the guy I'm paying nearly half grand to be my lawyer for a few hours.

And when I contacted him after the signing process about why he had initially lied and claimed he read the paperwork for the association, he barked and got extremely defensive. Over the phone, he promised he'd look through something and get back to me and never did.

It's a bummer since I liked my real estate agent who recommended I use Dan as my lawyer, but that was definitely a mistake. Hands down the worst $450 I've ever lost.

I’ve used Mr. Fitzgerald for two completely different types of legal services, real estate and family law. In both situations he was extremely responsive and on top of things. In the real estate transaction he was highly communicative with the seller’s attorney and financing company when they were not adhering to timelines. In the family law case he worked above and beyond for me. I highly recommend Dan!
