Terrible phone service and nasty service. I'm helping a friend out and have the money ready. Floyd was only concerned about how i knew him and was judging my friend and I and not willing to help. Obviously they have a right to refuse service but when someone calls because we are trying help someone out the last thing you expect from someone who works for a professional company is judgement and ridicule. Absolutly horrible. I was looking around for prices and actually had a bondsman ready to help just wanted to see if i can get something cheaper. Disgusting service
