I had been searching for an immigration lawyer near the Jacksonville area for quite a while, luckily I finally found Mr. Fickey Martinez who's been exceptional. Mr. Martinez is affordable and pleasant to work with. He help me process my DACA renewal and helped me thru out the process from beginning to start. The process was also pretty quick which was amazing! He always kept in contact and had me informed of everything. I'm excited to process my green card in a few months and extremely happy to know he's got me. I definitely would recommend him any day:)!

Mr. Fickey Martinez law firm and staff have been extremely professional and are highly recommended!! Atty Fickey is a reliable source and made sure everything was in order to include all the details on all of the documents, and solely made checked for accuracy and complete. They were always available and approachable 24/7. My husband and I just completed phase II, persay, and waiting on USCIS to further give us instructions. My husband and I went to many Immigration law firms in the Jacksonville area, including Mr. Martinez's firm. We never had such a warm welcoming like we did in his office. He and his wife were so professional, informative and honest. That to me, is very difficult to find these days. Mr. Martinez is definitely one of the best! My husband is now home with our son and I, for good! We can now plan our future as we planned and prayed for since day one. I can't thank him enough and his amazing wife for all that they have done for us! We are forever grateful!!!!!!!! I highly recommend MR. Fickey M. He is an amazing lawyer. After wasting money on consultations with 3 different lawyers, I finally decided to spend money for a 4th time. This time I scheduled a Consultation with Mr. Fickey Martinez. (I found him on youtube by the way) Before coming in for a consultation, he answered all of my questions. Him and his team are amazing and his fees are reasonable!

I'm an active duty Marine. I'm stationed in Camp Lejeune here in North Carolina and the reason that Fickey Martinez Law Firm is the place I chose to get my parents permanent residency process is simple.
Franchesco is a really professional Lawyer that takes time to know you, your situation and in this case your family.
Before I stared this process I did some research of course, Fickey Martinez Law Firm, was the 3rd Law Firm I contacted, and what it make me choose them is that Franchesco reply to me in a speed with no precedents, it wasn't his assistant or secretary, it was him who took the time to ask me what where my needs and he gave me the answers I need it right on the spot, he didn't have to submitted for review like a Secretary or an assistant will do it.
