DONT GIVE FEDEX YOUR BUSINESS!!!

Deliveries from a Carson, CA location never reaches my home in Torrance! This is just one of many instances! They do not attempt to deliver when I AM HOME. FedEx and all its employees are not held accountable. They only have automated ROBOTS answering phone calls and emails. UNACCEPTABLE. I have lost entire faith with FedEx and never plan to give my business to them.

I have attached photos of the online updates showing “attempted delivery” and screenshots of Amazon Ring camera today of the alleged delivery attempt time frame, AND NO FEDEX WORKER IN SIGHT!!! This is the 2ND day they have “tried to deliver.” DEFINITELY NOT! WE DEMAND BETTER ACCOUNTABILITY OF YOUR PEOPLE FEDEX!!!

Don't expect to get anything delivered from here. They steal packages and take no ownership. Disgraceful.

I had an excellent experience at the FedEx Office Print & Ship Center. When I went to the place, there were a lot of people. It was cleaned, and
organized. There was a person
who works at the center came
to me and asked if I need any
help. He was very friendly and helpful. I didn't have a color printer, and I needed help with the printing from my phone.
And he showed me how to print
from the phone. He was patient
and polite.
I had to print the flyers, but I couldn't able to print due with
my document.
My document was not a regular document. It was a document
which was made it to video.
Therefore, I had to change to the regular document.
Anyway, I had to make a flyer
all over again.
After that, finally, I finished the
printing.
I was so happy that I learned how to print copies from the phone.
I liked the FedEX Office Print & Ship Center. Their price for the color copies are$10.00 for the 11 copies. It was a reasonable price. They offered printing from the phone, and you could
use their computer. Also they
do the shipping & other things.
I recommend this place to everyone. They have excellent
service and convenient place to
do your office works.

FedEx as a whole is wildly incompetent. I've had a package out for delivery three days straight from this facility, they said delivery was attempted and future delivery requested. Easy to know that's a lie when I was home all day. Still yet to receive my package.

I was delivered a box that should have contained 4 wine bottles but only contained 3. When called this FedEx they pretty much took no ownership. Asked to speak to management but hung up after waiting almost 15 minutes

Samia was extremely helpful, I was really in need of assistance in printing documents for my church board meeting. Self service was not available & she was very cordial & patient with me & even took my phone to assist in retrieving the documents I needed. Thanks Samia your were my super woman today❤

Rating is a negative ?. Today was the worst shopping experience I've had in ten years of service at FedEx Office Carson. The store clerk was very disrespectful and condescending. His attitude never improved. I told him I was going to speak with the store manager. He didn't seem to care. About what I thought or that I was going to report him. He just wanted to find a way to make the customer at fault. Telling me that I loaded the paper wrong. I had just spent almost $50.00 to scan 5 pages. I don't think I was be disrespectful to him and patiently waited for service.
