We love Rachell. We’ve worked with her for three home purchases/sales and she’s the exact person you want on your team. She really did an amazing job on our closing - got us the absolute most money we could. She had amazing input on getting us the absolute most we could. I recently had the pleasure of having Rachell represent me while selling my home. The closing took forever and was the most convoluted transaction I've been involved with (buyer changed lenders after multiple extensions, COVID issues, bad appraisal, etc.), but this was absolutely no fault of Rachell's.
