Jaqueline Luna is horrible. She took my money and didn’t do ANYTHING that she was supposed to do. She does not answer calls or texts and she always refuses to answer the door when I come by. Next time I’m coming with police. I want a refund! Do not waste your time or money. Also, her entire office smells horrible like dirty cat litter. The place is a mess, not professional at all. She has piles of papers everywhere and on the floor.

If I can give 0 I would, she will take your money! Does not answer your text or calls. I went into the court house to personally check status on my case and she only submitted and never went through with it! Don’t waste your time with Jaqueline Luna! I hardly write reviews and if they are they are good. but I had enough from this person! She will make up excuses and submit incorrect information! Do not recommend this place not even to my worst enemy!

I had some simple paperwork filled out by them. It was returned by the court due to errors on their part. Tried to get in touch with them but no one picks up phone. All communication is via text. I do not recommend anyone do business with them.

1 star because they were friendly.. I never even write reviews, i feel it's a waste of time.. But I'm sitting here waiting for paperwork that was supposed to be proof read about 1 week ago.. Court date is tomorrow, person should have been served and was never done.. Do they even care that someone's life is important, and could jeopardize possibilty of going to jail, just because we trust a person and pay them to help!!!

Very unprofessional they do not call you back at all with any updates they give you the run around I filed on the 1st of May still have no paperwork or court date and they do not return any calls at all!! I’ve paid a total of $300 still have nothing!!!! Highly recommend do not go to these people!!! They need to be shut down!!! They never served the other party this whole time they had my packet sitting on their desk. I had to reschedule my court date so as of October 1st they said I can have my refund back. THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!! You be lucky if you can talk to them they always send the Receptionist to do their dirty work! DO NOT GIVE THEM MONEY FIRST they will SCAM YOU!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! Jackie WILL STEAL IT, and nothing will get resolved. If I could give this business zero stars, I would. Jackie is a liar, a scammer and the most unprofessional person I ever met. She will take your money and not give any updates. She's given me a million excuses and blocked my number. Please, don't get your hard earned money stolen by her. At this point, I don't even know if she's even a "paralegal" at all.

I regret coming here to file my divorce. I do not recommend their service to anyone. I filed my divorce back in November. They lost my paperwork. I had to be calling them what seemed week after week. They would tell me they would call me back and never would. The only time they actually got anything done is if I actually showed up to the office which was so inconvenient and even now they stil can't get it together. Not worth it. Horrible service. Don't waste your money here.

DONT WAIST YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL THEY TOOK 2 YEARS FOR MY DIVORCE CASE THEY CHARGED ME EXTRA TO SERVE MY EX AND I FOUND OUT THEY NEVER DID I HAD TO DO EVERYTHING BY MY SELF THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE THEY JUST TEXT YOU WITH ANOTHER PHONE ASKING YOU BY TEXT HOW CAN they help you !! They never call back .. and if you go personally to their business it’s always close or they have family emergency or supposedly in lunch ether way they never help .. they don’t even know what’s going on with your case .. This family business is ridiculously a waste of time ! Money ! The service is awful !!!! Listen the court can guide you to do everything by YOURSELF AND FREEE !!!!!! Can’t EVEN GET MY MONEY BACK … just by going in to they’re business you can tell what type of place they have !!!!! Bad bad bad horrible experience and service I’m surprised this place is open
