I definitely do not recommend anyone waste their time contacting fast action services. I contacted a specific employee that works there four weeks ago. After our first phone call, she said she’d call me back in two days. I never heard back. I called 4-5 times since then, I think I got two calls back, but definitely most of my calls were ignored. When I finally talked to this same employee a month later, she said she basically has been busy and didn’t have time for me. Total waste or time, terrible customer service and ridiculous lack of professionalism. I would definitely take your business elsewhere.

I came here for a Power of Attorney knowing full well I can just go online and print one and have it notarized but wanted to leave it to a professional who would get it right and save me time. Come to find out the messed it up in several locations so me notary wouldn't accept it. The company then refused to give me a refund. Seeing as they can't get a simple POA correct I would not trust them for any legal services.

If you want your bankruptcy done fast, this is your place to go, but there is a price to pay with getting fast services, that is things get missed or forgotten. If you are filing chapter 7 I would HIGHLY recommend you do your research online to know your rights are and to know what to expect. The owner's son is one of the document prepares and is more of a salesman. He talks really fast, gets you really excited, takes your money and his mom does the major paperwork side. I feel like the fast talking lead to some very important information getting missed. Also, they can't give any legal advice and they let you know that up front, but they sure are quick to also talk you into giving them your car and this is for them to make a profit on, don't do it. Just call your finance company and have them pick it up from your home, if not, some pretty crooked stuff goes on in the back end.

Terrible Experience!!! She charged me over $600 to complete divorce papers only for them to get kicked back for an error of address & she was quick to want to fix it but only for more money! Very unprofessional throughout the process. Save your money go somewhere else!!! I wouldn't even give a rating of one star.
