My former husband chose this lawyer because he had triple bypass surgery scheduled in a short period of time, he chose this lawyer as his office is a block away from his home. We did not have time to read reviews while such a serious medical procedure was scheduled.
After my former husbands death, this lawyer did not distributed the share which was assigned to me $50000 and decided to violate the law by not assigning the funds of mine.
Instead he decided to eat for free in the Family restaurant of former husbands brother and chose being bias and unethical in distributing the funds.
He is very shady and to cover his wrong doings refused to put a conversation we hold over the phone in email as I asked, as he knew that I am going to pass this case to my attorney.
Now after 4 months of dealing with crook I am filing Civil case with Court of Monterey, as dishonest attorney only knows how to collect the $$ prior the Trust originated.
But then is not performing fiduciary duty to be professional and ethical.
Please understand, my husband now is dead and laying in the grave just 300 yards from his office.
And I don't know how he can sleep and eat knowing that he screwed a diabetic type one since 9 years old as now I am a creditor against of the trust with video recording of my deceived husband who authorized him to distribute the money.
This lawyer does not deserve to have his bar license active.
