Family Tree has helped keep the trees safe and clear at both of our properties in Mendocino County. They are positive, friendly and professional. They go out of their way to be safe, as well as get all the work done and communicate w the customer while they are on site. I feel that they are affordable with new equipment, so they can get the job done and offer their services for reasonable cost. They have helped decide which trees need to go or be trimmed on one property that started out as a huge mess. I have had two separate interactions with Family Tree and both were excellent. One crew did a great job last year on our driveway, which has lots of overhanging oaks. The crew this year worked on a large Live Oak that is too close to our house. Both times the evaluator came out first and created a plan. The crews then came out and implemented the plan. Everyone showed up on time and as expected. Thank You, Family Tree!

Excellent professional work with climbers that were amazing to watch, especially when changing trees that were 6' apart. Its amazing to see what can be done with ropes and experienced workers.

I was very happy with the work of family on our 1.5 acre redwood grove. They were very careful in removing a large limb overhanging the house and they left the area cleaner than they found it. They took a very short lunch break in order to assure they would complete the 7 items on the quoted work including chipping up 3 piles of branches. The work seemed difficult and challenging but the crew was diligent and careful. They also bucked up all the downed logs for easy firewood splitting. I look forward to hiring them again.

It was a great experience working with Nathan at Family Tree Service. He took the time to meet with me and the landlord in regard to removing some of her trees to improve service in the area. He went above and beyond, being the guy to ask for additional permissions as the work was taking place and putting in extra effort, cutting up the trees and bringing it to her place for firewood. Would highly recommend.

Snow storm of February 23 resulted in many broken branches and downed trees on my property. As soon as the ground dried enough the crew from Family Tree Service arrived to cut and chip for four days straight. They are returning early next month to finish the job because it is a big job

I acquired them from some search engine looking for tree removal service. I received a call from the company to request an inspection. All schedules were made and was done on time. The tree estimator, Brandon followed up with the call and broke down the cost and everything. The schedule was made and everything was set. The price was reasonable and competitive than other company, they're honest about what theyre going to do and I agreed to it. They exceeded my expectation and did everything they said they would with exceptional customer service. At the end of the day, I came home to a very clean tree removal. Probably one of the companies I will be happy to refer all my friends to.
