I wanted to express my sincerest gratitude to Billie, first of all for her kindness and patience as she guided me through a very difficult and emotional process. Prior to meeting Billie I had called her several times with so many questions . Billie took her time to answer each of my concerns. I knew right away I had found an amazing PARALEGAL, who is compassionate, highly competent and extremely knowledgeable.

I used the services at Family Matters to file for my divorce and for my entire divorce process. Billie was extremely helpful and a pleasure to work with. Her job as a mediator is to work with both parties to come to an agreement on the divorce settlement. I wasn't sure if mediation would work for our divorce but I'm so glad that Billie was so patient with us and helped us avoid going to court completely. We saved time and lots of money! Billie is so knowledgeable and very empathetic. She made sure that both parties felt heard and seen. I've referred Billie to my friends and would recommend her to anyone.

Amid a challenging and expensive divorce, we took a referral from a neighbor and found our way to Billie. We didn't make it easy on her, I am sure as it was often emotionally charged but Billie did an incredible job of staying patient, being our guide, and getting us to the end. And, at a fraction of the cost so I can't say enough great things about how she handled the process and I am happy to say, we have officially signed our MSA and our waiting for it to record as we speak.
