Everything is automated there is no option to speak to a human being. I think by law being a state or government building they need to have a line open to speak to an actual human and not automated garbage. And on another note when you apply for cash assistance you have to have paper signed to prove your children live with you but in order to get food stamps that's not needed I think they have that backwards and they need to implement having paper signed that children live with person applying for SNAP. There are too many people getting food stamps for children that do not even live with them.

The ladies there were extremely helpful and kind to me when I needed assistance applying for aid. My advice is to save your time calling with the automated options and just go in and talk to a person directly. The calling system is not the easiest to get through and takes forever but the employees at the office are very helpful.

Honestly, if I could give zero stars I would. Their communication is terrible. They will ignore you when you reach out to them. They take entirely too long to do anything. It’s been two months of me reaching out to them to get what my family needs. They only send emails back right before they leave the office on Fridays. So incredibly frustrating.

some people in this office are super sweet and some are rude, have biggest attitude. so, They keep leaving me voicemail and when I call they ask me to come in and when I got to office they told me sorry i thought you were someone else. Like really I had to stop what I was doing because you guys made it seem like it was something serious. another thing how i am wrong person when I call you clearly ask for my name, my date of birth and my address so you knew who I was. wherever they took me to office to ask some question and the she had no idea who I was and was keep asking my name and giving me attitude and been rude when i ask question. Some stuff is good where others are rude, give attitude when ask question. so I got no help at the end.
